Konrad Matysiak

Konrad Matysiak is an experienced IT and Business Technology manager with a strong background in team leadership and systems implementation. Currently serving as the Business Technology Manager at Coface since July 2021, Konrad oversees a local team and supports regional project management office initiatives. Prior roles include IT Manager at ISS Facility Services Polska, where Konrad developed a new IT strategy, and multiple positions at AXA Assistance / AXA Partners CEE, culminating in the role of CEE IT Manager, responsible for IT strategy implementation and security policies. Konrad has also held various IT-related positions at organizations such as IKEA Group, Liberty Ubezpieczenia, Pramerica, GTS Poland, and Polkomtel. Konrad holds a degree from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
