Freddy Leonel Jaimes Amaya

Freddy Leonel Jaimes Amaya has extensive experience in organizational welfare and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as Jefe de Bienestar Integral at Laboratorio Cofasa, S.A. since August 2012. In this role, Freddy oversees the implementation and compliance of socio-economic benefits in accordance with labor regulations, ensuring that both the company and its employees benefit from these programs. Freddy also coordinates corporate events and executes social responsibility initiatives that aim to support employees, their families, and the broader community. Prior to this position, Freddy held the role of Supervisor de Bienestar Integral at Laboratorio Cofasa and gained early experience as an Aprendiz Ince at Empresas Polar. Freddy holds a Licenciatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad José María Vargas and a T.S.U. in Administración de Empresas from IUTA.
