Vasugi Shanmugam

Vasugi Shanmugam has extensive experience as a Human Resources professional in various companies. Vasugi started their career at Schlumberger in 1990 as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed the full HR service delivery model and implemented HR programs. In 2000, they joined Zuellig Pharma as a Senior Human Resources Division Manager. In 2008, they moved to Noble Group as the Human Resources Director for APAC and the Gulf, where they played a crucial role in driving the strategic HR agenda. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Noble Agri as the Human Resources Director. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director, APAC at COFCO International.

Vasugi Shanmugam completed a degree in Corporate Secretarial from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, U.K. from 1988 to 1992.
