Prior roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Kempinski Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, with a strong focus on food and beverage operations across multiple prestigious hotel brands. Simon Zhao's career began with a foundational role at The Walt Disney Company during a cultural exchange program, following an educational background at the College of Arts and Science of Beijing Union University.
