Christine Conzo has over 20 years of work experience in operations management and customer service. Christine worked at Coffee Distributing Corp. from 2017, starting as an Operations Manager for Special Billing and Website Operations before becoming the Director of Customer Experience in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Filterfresh/Coffee Solutions Group for over two decades, starting as a Customer Service Representative in 1993 and eventually becoming the Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw daily office operations and was involved in various functions such as sales support, human resources, client services, accounts receivable, and finance.
Christine Conzo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Stony Brook University. Christine also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts from the same institution between 2002 and 2007.
