Hugo Riou is an experienced professional in the coffee and food production industry, currently serving as Roasting Director and Industrial Projects Manager at Kaffa Cafés, Lda. since January 2018, and as a Q-Grader Robusta with the Coffee Quality Institute since November 2021. Previously, Hugo held the position of Production Manager at AZ do Café from November 2011 to December 2017, and served as Executive Chef at Torrine - Comércio de Produtos Alimentares, Lda from October 2011 to January 2013. Hugo's career began as a Chef at Onda Jazz - Restaurant Bar from March 2007 to October 2010. Hugo holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from ISEG - Executive Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Production from Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril.
