Previously, Hugo held the position of Production Manager at AZ do Café from November 2011 to December 2017, and served as Executive Chef at Torrine - Comércio de Produtos Alimentares, Lda from October 2011 to January 2013. Hugo's career began as a Chef at Onda Jazz - Restaurant Bar from March 2007 to October 2010.
