Melanie do Vale de Castro

Melanie DO VALE DE CASTRO has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Responsable formation et developpement des compétences at COFIGEO since April 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie was with William Saurin for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing training programs, overseeing temporary personnel, conducting professional interviews, and handling various internal communication and event activities. Additionally, Melanie gained early experience as an Assistante RH en alternance at EPAMARNE/EPAFRANCE from September 2007 to September 2009. Melanie holds a DUT GEA with a focus on human resources from Université Paris 13, completed between 2007 and 2009.
