Mario Amaral

Mario Amaral is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over 18 years in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef in the Corporate Task Force at Todd English Enterprises since April 2019, Mario has contributed to operations in multiple locations including Todd English PUB in Birmingham, Alabama, and The Beast at Area 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Tuscan Brands, Executive Sous Chef at Hakkasan Group and Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining, and Sous Chef at Todd English P.U.B., among others. An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training was earned from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. Mario's diverse experience includes openings of new restaurants and a strong foundation in banquet cooking from earlier roles at Station Casinos, LLC.
