Kathryn Allarde

Kathryn Allarde, CSM, SAFe® 6 Agilist, currently serves as the VP of PMO at Coforma since April 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction through effective project lifecycle management. Previously, Kathryn held roles at The Pew Charitable Trusts, including Senior Manager of PMO, focusing on project management team direction and quality assurance. With experience as a Senior Project Manager at Threespot, Senior Digital & Print Project Manager at Fathom Creative, and various roles in project and account management at organizations such as Live Nation, XM Satellite Radio, and Newsweek Magazine, Kathryn demonstrates extensive expertise in project delivery, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Small Business Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
