Scott Albert

Scott began life as a Duke EE major later completing his MBA. He has over 30 years of venture and operations experience and was the CEO of two venture-backed startups. As co-founder of The Aurora Funds in RTP, North Carolina and the five funds that followed, Scott has more fund management and early stage investing expertise than almost anyone in the State. Scott is a part time Professor of the Practice at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC and spends his time mentoring early stage technologies companies. As a venture partner, Scott brings tremendous experience to the decision making and is involved in almost all aspects of running Cofounders Capital.
