Global Head of Talent & Culture at COFRA Holding

Anissa Vincenti has extensive experience in leadership, talent, and culture management. Anissa is currently the Global Head of Leadership, Talent & Culture at ASM since 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Talent & Culture at COFRA Holding AG starting in 2020.

Before their current roles, Anissa worked at Signify as the EVP Global Head of Integrated Talent Management & Organizational Development from 2018 to 2018. Anissa led the global Talent team through the Royal Philips separation process, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.

Anissa also had a significant tenure at Philips Lighting, where they held multiple roles. From 2016 to 2018, they were the EVP Global Head of Integrated Talent Management & Organizational Development. Prior to this, they served as the EVP Leadership, Talent, and Learning Partner for Philips Lighting from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Anissa gained experience at Nike as a Senior Director for NikeU Europe from 2011 to 2013. Anissa also worked at Shell for many years, holding various positions including Senior Consultant in Leadership Development and Organization Effectiveness, Change Agent-Facilitator in the LEAP Team, and Lubrication Project Leader-Sales Representative.

Anissa Vincenti has an extensive education history. Anissa obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in International Commercial Law from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba from 1987 to 1994. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Católica de Córdoba between 1989 and 1993. Anissa also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from Sophia University from 1990 to 1991. Later, in 2013, they engaged in Organizational Learning in Action at IMD. Moreover, Anissa participated in the Global Business Leadership Programme at The Wharton School in 2007. Anissa has further certifications in Board Readiness from European Women on Boards (EWOB), obtained in 2023, and Designing Strategy from IDEO U, achieved in 2019.
