Bernd Hirsch

Bernd Hirsch has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bernd started their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1998. Bernd then worked at Carl Zeiss AG as Head of M&A before joining Carl Zeiss Meditec AG as CFO in 2002. Bernd later became CFO at Symrise AG from 2009 to 2015. Bernd also held the position of Director at Symrise AG, RTL Group, and Penguin Random House. In 2016, Bernd served as CFO at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Evotec AG. Most recently, they are working as CFO at COFRA Holding AG from January 2021.

Bernd Hirsch attended The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Diplom-Kaufmann).
