Sonja de Leeuw

Sonja de Leeuw has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR operations and organizational design. Sonja is currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at COFRA Holding AG since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at CarNext.com from November 2019 to March 2022. Before transitioning to HR operations, Sonja worked at KPMG Nederland as a Senior Manager from October 2017 to November 2019, where they focused on business services' organizational design and strategy implementation. Sonja also served as a Manager from March 2011 to September 2017 and as an Adviseur from March 2007 to March 2011, providing advisory services on IT processes and internal controls. Sonja started their career as a Consultant at Maxxton bv from November 2003 to February 2007.

Sonja de Leeuw earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Groningen from 1998 to 2003. Sonja then pursued a Master of Science degree in IT Auditing from TIAS School for Business and Society from 2007 to 2010. In 2002, they attended Furman University for Communication Studies. In 2018, they completed a top-level program on Transformative Conflict Resolution, Mediation & Life Coaching at Wel-Com.
