Chris Liu

Chris Liu, P.Eng., has over two decades of extensive experience in VOIP and IP architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Cogeco Connexion since April 2006, Chris has held multiple senior architect roles focused on voice architecture, network operations, and technology delivery. Prior to this, Chris worked at Rogers Communications as a Senior IP Telephony Engineer, where expertise was implemented in engineering a carrier-class VOIP network. Experience also includes a role as Senior Engineer at Yak Communications, overseeing SIP/IP peering interconnections and VOIP solutions, as well as a position at Convergia focused on VOIP network architecture design and PSTN SS7 interconnections. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as a Wireless Network Engineer at China Telecom, gaining experience in various wireless technologies and network design.
