Susan Gianinno

Susan Gianinno serves as Chairperson at CoGenerate and has held multiple senior leadership roles at Publicis Groupe since 2013, including Senior Advisor and Chairman, Publicis Worldwide in North America. With a strong background in governance, Susan holds a position on the Board of Directors for Save the Children US and has previously served as Board Member and Chair of Corporate Governance at RR Donnelley. Past executive roles include Chairman & President of D'Arcy Worldwide, CEO of J. Walter Thompson New York, and EVP at BBDO and Young & Rubicam. Academically, Susan has pursued an extensive education with degrees from Boston College, the University of Chicago, and has engaged in the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative.
