Caleb Connerty

Caleb Connerty was hired as the first intern with Cogent Analytics in 2014. Due to his dynamic, visionary leadership and innovative business strategies, he is now the Vice President of Operations, with authority stretching across every division of the Cogent Analytics team. Early in Caleb’s career, he created the Cogent Marketing Division, as well as Cogent Accounting Division. In the first year alone, both of these divisions brought in over 1.8 million dollars in revenue. In addition to spearheading these divisions, Caleb also led the effort to design and establish the corporate ERP system used by Cogent. This initiative significantly streamlined operations and allowed more efficient processes and procedures, easing the workload of employees. During Caleb’s tenure with cogent, he has proven to have the knowledge and instincts to empower those around him to dream big and embrace life-changing opportunities. He has led Cogent Analytics to be one of the fastest-growing companies in America, and he continues to lead Cogent clients to reach their full business potential.

Caleb’s passion for helping others and seeing people succeed is evident through his daily actions both in and outside of the corporate world. Caleb has partnered with Bethany Christian Services, a global nonprofit that supports children and their families, to individually mentor children in the foster care system. He also financially supports the organization to help ensure the placement of children to warm and loving environments. Caleb also serves as a mentor and speaker in the Philips School of Business at High Point University.
