Josette Mouton-Lanphier graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and business administration before completing her MBA at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She brings nearly 15 years of developing high performing leaders and teams to her role as Project Director with Cogent Analytics. Throughout her experiences in healthcare and retail management, Josette developed a client first mentality that ignited her passion for serving others. Josette demonstrates her enthusiasm for service through community involvement, including volunteer activities with food insecure populations in her hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana.
