Brendan Dooley

Brendan Dooley is an experienced professional in quantity surveying and project management, currently serving as a Senior Associate Director at Cogent Associates Ireland since January 2021. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor at TOBIN Consulting Engineers from April 2014 to January 2021, where Brendan managed the Project Management / Quantity Surveying division, and Associate Quantity Surveyor at Advisian from December 2010 to April 2014, providing strategic advice on various civil infrastructure projects. Brendan began their career at Glenkill Civil Engineering as a Quantity Surveyor and has also worked as a Quantity Surveyor at TOBIN Consulting Engineers prior to that. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management from the Irish Management Institute and a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology.
