Kathy Gay

Kathy Gay has extensive experience in payroll management, primarily utilizing the Silaexpert software. Currently serving as a Gestionnaire de paie at COGEP since September 2021, Kathy previously held similar roles in various organizations, including Ssp and COGEP in CDD capacities, as well as at AXENS AUDIT, where Kathy managed a portfolio of 400 paychecks across 70 companies. Earlier positions included managing payroll for TPE/PME businesses at Cassiopaie and working as an assistante paie at Le Groupe Fiduciaire Lyonnaise, focusing on the implementation of the Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN). Educational qualifications include a professional license in payroll management and a DEUG in economics from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Additionally, Kathy engaged in wwoofing to enhance English language skills and immerse in Irish culture.
