Tushar Bhole has over 27 years of work experience. Tushar began their career in 1993 as a Territory Manager for Mastek Limited. In 1996, they joined Baan India as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2000, they moved to MajescoMastek as Director, Business Development. In 2009, they joined Oracle Financial Services BPO as Vice President - Insurance Solutions. In 2011, they joined Infosys as Regional Client Partner - Life and Annuity, and then moved to Head of Sales, Insurance US East, and then Sr. Sales Manager, Insurance. In 2016, they joined Majesco as VP - Strategic Accounts. In 2020, they joined Five Sigma as VP, Sales and then VP Sales. In 2022, they joined Cogitate Technology Solutions, Inc. as EVP, Sales & Partnerships.

Tushar Bhole completed their MBA in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) in 2020.
