Lukasz Przyzycki

Lukasz is the Chief Financial Officer of Cogito Capital Partners and manages all aspects of fund operations and reporting.

Lukasz joined Cogito from Innova Capital, a Warsaw-based private equity fund. Over the last 5 years Lukasz was a key member of Innova’s finance operations team and managed the fund’s administrative processes, day-to-day financial controlling of Innova’s funds and fund performance reporting. Prior to that, Lukasz was with PKF Consulting, an audit and tax advisory firm, where he was an audit supervisor for 5 years working with a variety of corporate clients.

Lukasz has MA in Finance and Accounting from Lodz University and is in the process of becoming a Certified Investment Management Advisor.

Lukasz is based in Warsaw.
