Helena Fox

Helena Fox serves as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Cognacity since May 2024 and previously held a similar role in private practice from July 2023 to May 2024. Since June 2014, Helena has been the joint convenor of the Aesthetics in Mental Health Network at the Collaborating Centre for Values Based Practice in Health and Social Care. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Nightingale Hospital from October 2003 to July 2023 and a consultant position at Buckinghamshire Mental Healthcare Trust from May 1999 to August 2003, where Helena led the development of the Buckinghamshire Adult Eating Disorders Service. Helena also completed a practice-based PhD in Connector Aesthetics at Oxford Brookes University, where involvement spanned from July 2012 to June 2023, and obtained an MBBS from Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 1982.
