Jordan Crew's work experience begins in 2008 as a Customer Service Assistant at BHS, where they gained experience in customer care and were responsible for training new employees. In 2009, they joined HM Courts & Tribunals Service as an Administrative Officer, where they effectively communicated with customers and increased efficiency through implementing an electronic listing diary. From 2015 to 2020, Jordan worked at NHS Shared Business Services, first as a Digital Content Analyst and later as a Project Leader, delivering technical IT projects and managing budgets. In 2020, they joined BookingLive as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering enterprise booking and reservation solutions and managing client onboarding. In 2021, Jordan transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager at BookingLive. Finally, in 2023, they started as an Engineering Manager at Cognassist.
Jordan Crew attended the City of Bristol College in 2014, where they obtained a College Certificate in Web Development Fundamentals. They then went on to study at The Open University from 2015 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) degree in Computing and IT.
In terms of additional certifications, Jordan became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through The Knowledge Academy in March 2021. They also obtained the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management in December 2018. In October 2016, they achieved the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, as well as the PRINCE2 Foundation certification. Additionally, in February 2017, Jordan obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, both of which were also provided by AXELOS Global Best Practice.
