Carl Gerst

Carl Gerst has over three decades of experience in the technology sector, primarily at Cognex Corporation since January 2000, where roles have included Executive Vice President of Vision and ID Products, Vice President & Business Unit Manager, Director of Marketing, and Principal Product Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Carl Gerst spent nearly a decade at Hand Held Products in positions such as Product Marketing Manager for 2D Systems, OEM Regional Sales Manager, and Project Engineer. Academically, Carl Gerst holds a BSEE in Engineering from Clarkson University and an advanced degree from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.
