Cati Cai

Cati Cai has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Cati started their career at McKinsey & Company as an Administrator from October 1997 to March 2000. Cati then worked at BASF as an HR Services Manager from April 2000 to March 2005. Afterwards, they joined STMicroelectronics China as a GC HR Director, where they worked from June 2005 to October 2014. Currently, they are working at Cognex Corporation as an Asia HR Director, a position they have held since December 2014.

Cati Cai completed their Bachelor's degree in Literature at Capital Normal University from 1989 to 1993. Cati then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources from City University of Seattle from 1999 to 2001.
