Colin Sloman

Colin Sloman is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Cognician, a company that helps large organizations achieve measurable behavior change in a short period of time. Prior to this role, Colin held various leadership positions at companies such as Saudi Aramco, Accenture, Lloyds Banking Group, BP, and Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. Colin also founded their own consultancy, Sloman Wood, focused on strategy and change. Colin has a background in business management and marketing, with a strong focus on talent and organization strategy. Additionally, Colin is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Neuroscience for Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management.
