Srilatha Swarnam

Srilatha Swarnam has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Srilatha started their career as an HR-Analyst at Hughes Escorts Communications Limited in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Srilatha then joined VJIL Consulting as an HR executive in 2004 and stayed until 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Resource Analyst at Ness Technologies Inc for a year.

In 2007, Srilatha joined ValueLabs as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition. During their nine-year tenure, they played a significant role in the company's growth, including setting up multiple global offices, building strong leadership teams, and implementing recruitment strategies. Srilatha was instrumental in scaling the business and managing stakeholders.

In 2016, Srilatha joined Amazon as a Talent Acquisition specialist but left after a year in 2017. Srilatha then joined Hitachi Vantara as a Talent Acquisition professional in August 2017 and remained with the company until March 2022.

Most recently, in March 2022, Srilatha began working at Cognida.ai as the Head of Talent Acquisition. The current position provides an opportunity for their to showcase their expertise in talent acquisition.

Srilatha Swarnam completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from the University during the years 2000 to 2002.
