Daniel Tucker is a dedicated technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and client support. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Cognigy since April 2022, Daniel provides key technical expertise in pre-sales and post-sales environments, mentoring team members and developing documentation to enhance efficiency. Prior to this role, Daniel spent nearly a decade at LivePerson, progressing from a Solutions Engineer to a Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included scoping and developing solutions for enterprise clients.
