Nico Alvarez

Nico Alvarez has a diverse work experience. Nico started working at Cognigy in 2022 as a Product Support Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Zapp as a Support Engineer from 2021 to 2022. Nico also gained experience as a Full Stack Developer at Active IT Recruitment from June 2021 to August 2021. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Nico served as a Restaurant Manager at HOLY FLAT! from January 2016 to July 2018. Nico also worked as a Logistic and Organization Specialist at Apoio.co from January 2014 to December 2015, and as a Hotel Manager at Seal Bay Cottages from August 2013 to April 2014.

Nico Alvarez pursued their education starting from 2007 when they attended ICC Caracas and obtained a certification in cooking. They then moved on to INACAP from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Hotels and Restaurant Management Administration. In 2020 to 2021, Nico enrolled in the DCI Digital Career Institute, focusing on Web and Software development and receiving certification in the field.

Additionally, Nico obtained two certifications outside of their formal education. In March 2023, they became a Cognigy.AI Certified Specialist from Cognigy Academy. In June 2023, they completed the DevOps Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
