Jorge Silver

Jorge Silver has a diverse work experience in various roles related to game development, software development, and network engineering. Jorge began their career in 2001 as a freelance web and game designer/developer, system and network engineer, and computer repair technician at Nemesis Gaming. In this role, they were responsible for designing and creating browser-based games, mobile applications and games, and websites for individuals and corporations. Jorge also managed projects and served as an interdepartmental liaison and liaison to senior partners.

In 2007, Jorge joined Care4u as a Network and System Engineer. Their duties included setting up and managing the company's network and systems, advising on software and hardware choices, and designing and creating a company database for storing client and staff information. Jorge also played a role in converting paper documents to digital format.

From 2011 to 2012, Jorge worked as a Game Designer and Developer at DNA. Here, they designed computer and mobile games and applications, managed the development team, and collaborated with the art and graphics department. Jorge also had regular conferences with the company's CEOs to update them on project progress.

In 2012, Jorge joined Lamargo as a Senior Software Developer. Their responsibilities included designing, creating, and managing the company's networks and systems. Jorge also worked on various mobile applications and websites, such as auction websites, client websites, and gambling and casino websites. Jorge was also involved in the development of US presidential election applications.

In 2020, Jorge started working at Nexus Element as a Unity Developer. Jorge then moved to Cognitant Group Limited as a Full Stack Unity Developer in the same year. In these roles, they utilized their expertise in Unity development, contributing to the development of various projects.

Additionally, in 2020, Jorge briefly worked at LearnPlay as a Content Developer, where they contributed to content creation.

Additionally, Jorge has obtained various certifications, such as a Level 3 Extended National Diploma in IT from OCR in 2010, as well as GCSEs in Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Design Technology, English, History, Mathematics, Photography, and Physics, each from different institutions. Jorge has also acquired a GNVQ ICT Intermediate from Edexcel & Pearson UK, a Level 1 NVQ from OCR, a Level 2 ITQ from City & Guilds, and certification as a lift truck operator from Phoenix Training.
