Ragnhild Helene Byrkjeland has a diverse work experience in the design and technology industry. Ragnhild Helene currently holds the position of Principal Designer at Cognite since January 2022. Continuing their education, Byrkjeland attended Oslo and Akershus University College from 2006 to 2007, specializing in Art and Design. Ragnhild Helene then pursued Product Design at The Glasgow School of Art from 2007 to 2008. Between 2008 and 2011, they enrolled in the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Design Engineering. In 2012, Byrkjeland participated in the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Program offered by the Questrom School of Business at Boston University's School of Management. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Entrepreneurship at the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship, focusing on the critical factors of collaboration between SMEs and NGOs in alliance structures.
