Thomas Holme

Thomas Holme has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Thomas is currently working at Cognite as an Associate People Business Partner, overseeing HR services for the Marketing, Finance, Strategic Partnerships, and Legal functions. In this role, they are responsible for global leadership recruitment and development, as well as assessment tools and Cognite's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prior to joining Cognite, Thomas worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at the same company.

Before their time at Cognite, Thomas worked at Mercuri Urval Norway as an Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2021. At Christiania Personell as, they served as a Senior Personsalkonsulent from 2010 to 2017, focusing on recruiting leadership and employee positions. Thomas also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Barista at Tim Wendelboe as from 2009 to 2010 and as a Nestleder - Svangerskapsvikariat at Kaffebønna AS from 2008 to 2009.

Thomas Holme obtained a BBA in International Hospitality Management with a focus on Finance from Les Roches, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including being a certified test user of Cut-e/Aon Assessments test tools from Aon Assessment Norge (formerly cut-e) which they obtained in February 2021. Thomas also holds a certification in the Jungiansk Type Index from Optimas Organisasjonspsykologene AS, earned in June 2019. In 2018, they obtained the MUPI & MUCT certification for using Mercuri Urvals test battery from Mercuri Urval. Furthermore, they obtained DNV Certification for Recruitment Personnel from DNV GL in September 2015.
