John Stark

John Stark has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. John most recently served as the Vice President of Partner Growth at CognitionDigital.io starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sincro, an Ansira company, from 2020 to 2022, first as the Head of OEM and Dealer Group Solutions and then as the Sr. Director of OEM Solutions.

Before joining Sincro, John worked at ADP Dealer Services from 2011 to 2022, where they held the positions of Director, Professional Services, and Sr. Director, Sales Effectiveness. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at CDK Global, serving as the Sr. Director of Sales and later as the Sr. Director of Professional Services and International Product Development.

John started their career at The Cobalt Group in 2004 as the Director of Enterprise Sales. Prior to that, they held the role of Ford Account Manager at ChannelNet from 1998 to 2004 and at The SoftAd Group from 1998 to 2004. John'searliest known role was as an IS&S Project Manager at GM Truck Group, where they worked from 1996 to 1998.

John Stark has a diverse education history. In 1991 to 1995, they attended Michigan State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering. John later pursued further education at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, they attended Kellogg Executive Education for a short course on Negotion Strategies for Managers. Additionally, John has obtained several certifications, including "How to Engage Meaningfully in Allyship and Anti-Racism" and "Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks" from LinkedIn in November 2020. John also acquired the "Women Transforming Tech: Breaking Bias" certification in November 2019 and "Gaining Skills with LinkedIn Learning" certification in July 2019. Furthermore, John is scheduled to obtain an "Amazon DSP Campaigns Certification" from Amazon in January 2023.
