Jeff Edwards

Jeff Edwards has over 25 years of work experience in the software development industry. Jeff began their career in 1995 as a Technical Associate at Electronic Data Systems, where they were responsible for supporting the Vehicle Order Management System. In 1998, they moved to Compuware as a Software Developer and Team Lead, where they were a member of the architecture team responsible for designing and building the license system for software products/solutions. In 2010, Jeff joined Dynatrace as the Director of Software Development and Digital Transformation Lead, where they provided cross discipline leadership and oversight to 30+ technical engineers and managers. Jeff was also responsible for developing a new customer experience platform, creating and implementing an interviewing process, and overhauling the culture in the Detroit office. In 2018, Jeff moved to Configit as the Director of Software Development, where they were responsible for creating a North American development organization in the Greater Detroit area and growing the team globally. Most recently, in 2022, Jeff joined Cognitive Space as the Director of Product Development.

Jeff Edwards attended Northwood University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business Management and Computer Science.
