Abhishek Garg is an experienced professional in pharmacovigilance operations, currently serving as Engagement Lead at Cognizant since April 2011, overseeing a program with over 1400 FTEs across multiple countries. Abhishek’s responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating communication, driving process improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic project development. Prior to Cognizant, Abhishek held various management positions at Steria India Limited and WNS Global Services, focusing on insurance operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University and a Bachelor of Management Science from the University of Lucknow.
