Will Carnegie

Will Carnegie is an experienced director and consultant with a robust background in management consulting, leadership development, and executive coaching. Since September 2005, Will has served as Director at Lighthouse Associates, specializing in business turnaround and management facilitation. Additionally, Will has taken on multiple roles, including Mental Fitness Coach at Cognomie and Leadership Faculty member for Philip Morris International and BP since 2019 and 2011, respectively, focusing on change leadership and team performance. Prior to these roles, Will was a Senior Consultant at Marine Performer and served as Director at Mission Performance. Notably, Will was also the skipper of the BT Global Challenge team in 2000/01. Will holds an HND in Naval Studies from Britannia Royal Naval College and has a strong educational foundation from Victoria College, Jersey, and St Michaels Preparatory School.
