Kimberly Dollinger

Kimberly Dollinger is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the VA’s remote patient monitoring Home Telehealth Technologies contract at COGNOSANTE MVH, LLC since March 2020. Prior to this role, Kimberly served as Program Project Manager at HMS Technologies, where management of the VA Home Telehealth contract began in 2017 until its acquisition by Cognosante in 2020. Kimberly's career began as a Research Associate at Battelle, focusing on procedures for maintaining a spore bank and ensuring Quality Assurance within a BL-3 laboratory for the Department of Defense. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
