Ciprian Sabolovits

Ciprian Sabolovits has extensive experience in software engineering and architectural roles. Ciprian is currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Cognosante, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cognosante as the Senior Director of Software Engineering from 2019 to 2021 and as the Director of Software Development from 2016 to 2019. Sabolovits also worked at Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as a Principal Software Architect from 2013 to 2016, at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Software Architect from 2008 to 2013, at Stellar Financials as a Software Architect from 2007 to 2008, at Automaster Oy as a System Architect from 2005 to 2006, at Redland Software as a Software Engineer from 2004 to 2005, at Siemens as a Software Engineer Intern in 2004, and at EUTELIA SPA as a Software Developer from 2002 to 2004.

Ciprian Sabolovits holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science at the same institution, graduating in 2004. Apart from their formal education, Ciprian has obtained additional certifications in MongoDB for DBA and MongoDB for NodeJS in 2013. Ciprian also holds a certification as a Certified Ethical Hacker.
