Lindsey Halsell

Lindsey Halsell is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in various roles within the writing and editing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Cognosante since April 2022, Lindsey previously held positions such as Technical Editor at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc., where support was provided to the Quality Management team for CMS projects, and Proposal Editor and Content Manager at Fiserv, focusing on government proposals. Additional experience includes roles at Conduent as a Proposal Writer, managing RFP requirements, and freelance writing and editing from 2014 to 2018. Previous positions also encompass significant contributions at Xerox in Medi-Cal documentation and content writing for Integrated Listening Systems. Lindsey holds a Master’s in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University, along with a Technical Writing Certificate from UC Riverside and a Bachelor’s in Linguistics from the University of Washington.
