Karoline Fehlig

Karoline joined Cognosis in September 2021 after graduating from the University of Oxford with a Master’s in Linguistics and Philology. During her undergrad in English and South Asian Studies at a German university, she spent a semester in the US and a year in India.

Since joining Cognosis, Karoline has worked on a range of projects including war-gaming and product strategy for global FMCG companies as well as developing a people plan for a UK-wide charity.

Outside of the office, Karoline is a big fan of outdoor activities like cycling, swimming and rowing.
