Rafael Pina

Rafael Pina is currently the R&D Software Development Director at Cognyte, with previous experience as Diretor de Tecnologia and Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Software e Hardware at Dígitro Tecnologia. Rafael also served as a Professor at UNISUL and worked as an Engenheiro de Desenvolvimento at Dígitro Tecnologia. Rafael holds a degree in Engenharia Elétrica from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Throughout their career, Rafael has been involved in managing teams, defining software and hardware architecture, and conducting research and development in various technological areas.
