Tracy Werner

Tracy Werner is an experienced communication and branding professional currently serving as VP Communications & Employer Brand at Cognyte since September 2020, where Tracy leads initiatives for a global leader in investigative analytics software. Prior to Cognyte, Tracy held the position of Head of Communications and Employer Brand at Verint Cyber Intelligence for a brief period in 2020. Tracy's background also includes a role as Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Brand at Teva Pharmaceuticals and extensive experience at Amdocs, where responsibilities included directing internal communications across multiple divisions and leading the Sales Enablement team. Tracy's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counselor Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand, complemented by a Higher Diploma in Education.
