Andrew Golden

Andrew Golden is the Chief Operating Officer of Cohen, Bender & Golden LLP since February 2024. Prior to this role, he served as the Head of People at RetailNext where he oversaw human resources, talent acquisition, and information technology for the company's 220+ employees in 10 countries. With previous experience as an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiting and HR Analyst, and Recruiter, Andrew has a strong background in employee lifecycle management and recruitment. Before his corporate roles, he worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Oregon, where he focused on studying Military War Veterans and perceptions of Heroism in the United Kingdom. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
