Garrett Cook

Garrett Cook is a Property Accounting Assistant at Cohen-Esrey since October 2022, managing a diverse portfolio of affordable and market-rate apartment complexes with extensive use of RealPage accounting software. Concurrently, Garrett has been pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Brigham Young University - Idaho since September 2016 and participated in the Integrated Business Core program, where collaboration with peers led to the establishment of a lean-startup called Tia Tortilla Taqueria. Additionally, from March to August 2021, Garrett served as Project Manager Team Lead at the Research and Business Development Center, delivering market research, survey distribution, data analysis, and pricing strategies for Emerson Electric.
