Jack Brenton

Jack Brenton is a Development Manager at Cohen-Esrey, responsible for managing the development process and pre-construction activities for various investment types, including LIHTC, Opportunity Zone, and Market Rate projects, since August 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Development Intern for the City of Lenexa, where Jack assisted planners and presented a code change report to the Planning Commission, and a Marketing Intern at LANE4 Property Group, gaining insights into development, marketing, property management, and construction. Jack also contributed to park maintenance for the City of Leawood and developed horticultural skills as a Vineyard Employee at Aubrey Vineyards. Academically, Jack holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Studies, both from The University of Kansas.
