David Valicenti

David Valicenti is a seasoned legal professional and board member with extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and counseling. Currently serving as a partner at COHEN | KINNE | VALICENTI | COOK, David specializes in areas including contracts, employment, construction, real estate, intellectual property, and securities. David has held positions on the Board of Directors for both Berkshire Agricultural Ventures and Berkshire Innovation Center since 2014 and 2019, respectively. David obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Doctor of Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
