Siyu Dong

Siyu Dong has extensive work experience in the financial industry. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Equity Trader at Daiwa Securities Capital Markets, executing trades for domestic and overseas hedge funds. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Equity Sales Professional at Barclays, selling Japanese stocks to trust banks and asset management companies. Siyu then joined Recruit Career Co., Ltd. in 2013 as a Consultant, specializing in junior to senior career recruitment in the buy-side. Siyu achieved numerous job placements in positions such as Equity Research, Fund Manager, and Institutional Sales. Siyu Dong joined Cohen & Steers in 2016, initially as a Senior Associate in Institutional Client Service and later as a Vice President in both Institutional Client Service and Institutional Sales. In their roles, they covered existing institutional and pension clients, conducted performance reviews, and identified opportunities for up-sells and cross-sells. Siyu Dong has expertise in REITs, Global Listed Infrastructure, and Preferred Securities.

Siyu Dong earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kobe University from 2004 to 2008.
