Ava Weiss

Ava Weiss has extensive experience in social work and training management, currently serving as Senior Training Manager at Cohen Veterans Network since September 2020 and as a Therapist at Lucid Clinical Services since June 2021. Previously, Ava held roles including Social Worker at the Steven A Cohen Military Family Clinic at Easterseals, Clinical Social Work Intern at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania, and Elementary School Social Worker at Mastery Charter Schools. Ava began a career as a Research Project Assistant at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago and has engaged with community service as a "Big Sister" at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago and as an Intern at The Art League. Ava holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago. Additionally, Ava is pursuing studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
