Ken Randazzo

Ken Randazzo has a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on audit, tax, and transaction services. Ken began their career at Grant Thornton LLP in 2006, where they worked in audit services for five years. Ken then joined The Ciulla Group, LLC in 2011, where they provided audit and tax services for two years. In 2012, they returned to Grant Thornton LLP and took on roles in both audit/tax services and transaction advisory services. Most recently, in 2015, they joined Cohen & Company as the Director of Transaction Services.

Ken Randazzo completed their education at Muskingum University from 2001 to 2005 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics.
