Russell Hayman

Russell Hayman has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Russell started their career as a Finance Intern at Mutual of Omaha in 2012. Russell then worked at Lacoste as a Sales Associate and later as a Sales Supervisor from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Russell joined T. Rowe Price as an Associate in Global Equity Fund Accounting. Russell was promoted to Senior Associate in 2014 and then became a Team Coordinator in 2015. Later in 2015, Russell worked as a Senior Accountant at BNY Mellon.

In 2015, Russell joined Arthur Bell, which eventually merged with Cohen & Company. At Arthur Bell, they worked as an Accountant in Fund Tax. Russell was responsible for preparing tax allocations and returns for hedge funds with complex derivatives trading strategies. Russell also analyzed client financials to develop complex tax allocations. Russell gained expertise in private equity real estate and worked as a consultant for institutional clients using their software platforms. Russell continued working in the field of fund tax when the company merged with Cohen & Company, where they assumed the role of Senior Accountant and eventually became a Fund Tax Manager in 2018.

Russell Hayman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Towson University between 2009 and 2013. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued an Accounting Certificate at Carroll Community College, focusing on the field of study in Accounting.
